WinPlay provides an online skill-based Spot the Ball game where users may compete with each other  to win products displayed on the platform.

The website and its services may be accessed from various locations worldwide. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform and participation in any activities on the website comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

To use WinPlay and participate in competitions you must:

5. Nature of the Game

WinPlay operates a skill-based Spot the Ball challenge.

Participants will be shown an image from which the ball has been removed. Players must place a marker on the image indicating where they believe the centre of the ball was located.

The winner will be determined by the entry whose guess is closest to the actual ball position.

If two or more entries are equally close, the earliest valid entry submitted will be considered the winner.

All decisions regarding the correct ball position and winner selection are final.

6. Free Participation

Participation in WinPlay competitions is completely free of charge.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or participate in any competition.

WinPlay reserves the right to limit participation or entries where necessary to ensure fair use of the platform.

7. Competitions

WinPlay runs daily competitions on the platform.

During each competition period, multiple products may be displayed on the website. Users may browse the available products and select the product they wish to play for before submitting their entry.

All entries submitted during the competition period participate in the same daily competition.

Only one winner will be selected for each daily competition. The participant whose entry is closest to the correct ball position will be declared the winner and will receive the product they selected when entering the competition.

WinPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel competitions where necessary due to technical issues, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Prizes

Prizes consist of physical products displayed on the WinPlay website.

Prize conditions include:

9. Winner Selection and Notification

Once a competition ends, the entry closest to the correct ball position will be declared the winner.

The winner will be contacted using the email or contact details provided during account registration.

To claim the prize, the winner may be required to:

If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours after the competition ends  or fails to respond, WinPlay reserves the right to select another eligible winner.

10. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be delivered to the address provided by the winner.
