1. Competition Entry Cancellations

Once an entry into a "Spot the Ball" competition has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. All competition entries are final at the point of submission. Please ensure you review your entry carefully before confirming your purchase.

In the rare event that a competition is cancelled by THE WIN PLAY due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, insufficient entries), all participants who have paid for an entry into that specific competition will receive a full refund of their entry fee. Notifications regarding such cancellations will be sent to the email address registered with your account.

2. Refunds for Digital Products/Services

As our primary service involves participation in skill-based online competitions, which are digital in nature and consumed immediately upon entry, we generally do not offer refunds for completed competition entries. The value of the service is rendered at the moment of entry, granting access to the competition.

However, if there is a verifiable technical error on our part that prevented your entry from being properly recorded or participating in the competition as intended, you may be eligible for a refund. Such claims must be submitted to our customer support team within 24 hours of the incident, along with relevant proof (e.g., screenshots, error messages). All refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of THE WIN PLAY.

3. Processing Refunds
